Debit cards and miles. Some info and a request.
I am beginning to add information on check/debit cards to my web site. Currently on my Finance page I have information on:
Citibank American Airlines debit card (though I could use a better link).
Chase Continental Airlines debit card.
US Bank Northwest Airlines debit card.
Bank of America and Alaska Airlines, America West Airlines, and US Airways debit card.
Are there any others you know of? If so, any info would be appreciated, including costs, up front miles, mile per dollar spent, links, and phone numbers if you have them. Please either post here or reply personally to me at the email address on my web site below.

New OnePass partner is KeyBank. Not sure if this www.key.com/keymiles will show up as a link or not, but this is the url to the site.
$30 annual fee, 2000 bonus miles for signing up. Max 80,000 miles per year. 1 mile/ per 2 dollars spent.
