Hey bigfrank!

I suggest you immediately contact your Middle Village, Queens NYC Council member and your NYS Assembly member and Senator, and the U.S. Congress Representative from your district, and NY Senators Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton.

Don't just ask - DEMAND - they use ALL of their legislative influence to get passed a LAW that mistakes made by any company (but why not just use the word CORPORATION - that is sure to get their attention) must be rectified by making amends not insulting to any of those who feel agrieved by the mistake.

And also, be sure to contact the Michigan AG, and remind him of his duty to make sure that a valuable taxpaying employer in his State does not irritate, and must compensate if irritated, ANY New Yorker (particularly any from Queens, the home of both NYC airports).

'Nuff said!

I do have political influence in my area. One person in particular I know can do something and I most likely will bring it to there attention.
If you care so much why don't you contact the Michigan AG and do your part.

Add me to the list who has filed a complaint with the MI.Atty.General's Office. Maybe Kelloggs' will see that their apology does not meet the test for the gross error by their fulfillment company,EPI. In effect,my complaint was that EPI is being protected by Kelloggs' using a vague reason,a "technical error".

Are you suggesting they use a different reason for the mess-up? How could they make it less vague?
