Travelocity give FF points, right?
Sorry, i'am new at this and apologize if this has been answered or is answered in some faq somewhere. But can you get miles from Travelocity booked tickets? I've never tried it and didn't know if it was possible. I'am trying to take a trip IAH-LAX on United for 200. And i may need help getting more outta this trip too if i'am able to get miels out of it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

United tix bought on Travelocity should accrue miles, but it doesn't hurt to double check.

Now for my second question, how do you check/know if the fair is available to accrue miles on travelocity? Thanks for all teh help.

Every tkt I've ever bought on Travelocity has earned miles. I've bought a lot on many different airlines. But they may not qualify for some of the special bonus mile offers like the EURY ones from AA but base miles -- yes, almost always.

You MUST check the fare rules BEFORE you hit confirm purchase. I say this because there are fares on travelocity that do not accrue miles. I ran across some recently from NWA being sold by travelocity.
So Yes, it is possible to not earn miles - read the fare rules.
