Amex to UA
Hi everyone - new to the whole FF game and this forum 
I have about 25K worth of Amex Plat points which I would like to get over to my UA account (only has 15k in there) in order to redeem an upgrade on flight to LAX, but can't find the best way of doing it - any ideas

Thanks very much. As far as I can tell, one suggestion was to transfer Amex points to US air and then redeem on UA. Unfortunately I can't transfer Amex to US air. Possible UK Amex transfer options are more limited?

Of course, not everything that can be said has been said -- and when you have a very specific question the best and easiest way to get the question answered is to find the appropriate Flyertalk forum.
