When miles expire

I just found out some of my flyer miles expired. It was a lot of miles too. It just kind of slipped my notice. I need to stay on top of my rewards better, I guess. Can I get them back if I complain? I hate having to do that, so I'm wondering if it's even worth my time...

From what airline? Some airlines (not sure which ones) have a challenge program where they will reinstate your expired miles if you take a flight within some period of time. Others may have some other type of program. If you post more details, perhaps people can chime in and/or this thread will get moved to the appropriate forum for more detailed responses.

Welcome to FT!

What airline?
You could get better assistance in a specific airline forum, as different programs have different "winback" programs.

Sorry about your loss of miles, but welcome to FT!

Look to the internet because theres tons of free organizer apps you can use to make your life easier. Google has tons: I love their calendar feature. For ff miles, leveragecard.com is a good one. You can also swap gift cards there, but its a great organizational tool when you can pull up all the points and miles you have.
