BA Concorde flights

Just wanted to know if anyone has any ideas on cheap Concorde tickets JFK-LHR R/T. Have many miles on AA and Amex. Or, heaven forbid, even purchase outright.
Thanks

You'll probably get more replies and suggestions by posting your question on the BA board as there are often discussions on flying on Concorde at reduced and at no cost. Enjoy the flight, I flew in 2002 and it was a great experience.

Actually Mike first posted this in Trip Reports, and the moderator asked him to repost it in TravelBuzz. As a new FT participant, he probably thought this was TravelBuzz.

Rather than give him the run-around, I'll leave the thread here.

Take a look at BA's Netherland site that have a concord special for 1919 euros. AMS to JFK one way, and World Traveller the other way.

You can choose which direction for the Concord travel, outbound travel to be started by 3/31, one month max stay. Upgrade World Traveller to World Traveller plus for 300 more euros.

But shouldn't the moderators advise have been to post in the BA board instead??

Have we gotten to a point that the moderators are being moderated?

This is beginning to sound like a Monty Python sketch. What's next, the Spanish Inquisiton?

Hang on.... is this a moderation of the moderator of whomever is monitoring the moedrator? Or is ThiS moderating the moderator of the moderartion of the moderator.

Cheers,

As BA moderator, I would move it if I could but I can't, so leave it to MilesBuzz! moderator to moderate and transfer instead...

Of course not xyzzy, after all, no-one expects the Spanish inquisition

(just like no-one expects it to snow in Winter at a UK ariport)!

Why can't we leave it to the non-moderator to moderate the non-moderator who is trying to moderate the moderating real moderator...

I am so sorry that I have caused such problems. I just wanted to fly the Concorde and I wish I had placed this message in the correct forum, whichever one that is. I will try and get it right next time.

Don't worry Mike, this is what passes for fun around here.....

Anyway, soon you'll be sitting on Concorde sipping champagne and I will be typing more posts to the FT bulletin board. Who will be laughing then?
