FYI: The CSR has the ability to see every update you make to your account as a record log. So if you do training runs the CSR will be able to see you were practicing - Not that it matters.
Back in day when updates were new and "our little secret" and CSR's had no clue about Hilton stated policy regarding updates, a CSR pulled 1k miles from my account after viewing my mutiple "training runs" and accused me of misusing the system. After arguing the issue another CSR reinstated them back.
It shouldn't happen today as the CSR's seem to be aware of this as a legitimate bonus for updating your account.

Congratulations!
I think that Hilton has just finally relented to an advanced understanding of physics.
Newtonian conceptions of time are just plain wrong. Time isn't linear. So, there's no reason that I should "wait" to update my profile in the future. There is no "future" as we normally conceive of it.
So, if you repeat the magic incantation, Hilton will let you do all of your quarterly updates at once.
Bet your high school physics teacher would be proud of your hotel stays!</font>

What's going on here? The FF world is crashing down around our ears this week yet ya'll are pounding away at your keyboards as though levity and frivolity were the words for the day!
Let's get back to the doom and gloom scenario's please!

We need the Hilton Profile Update more than ever. Pretty soon, HHonors points will be worth more than USAirways points...

And all profile update points count towards online profile status...

Why the dog pile on USFLYER999? gleff's was a silly, timewasting post from the start and RDY3238's subsequent lecture was itself the epitomy of uncool. Come on folks, this is a terrific forum from which we've all benefited. Let's not clutter it with valueless posts.

Whose time was wasted? Yours, perhaps, but primarily because you spent extra time posting. Mine, perhaps, because I now have something to reply to (also caused by you).
How about the time of all the other folks that posted? Clearly not. It's funny. An inside joke. And anyone who has been here awhile knows that the "Hilton Profile Update" posts are just that - a joke.
Do inside jokes waste your time? If you're just trolling for the next Goldpoints/Valuemags promo then possibly. If, on the other hand, you're also participating in a community .. then I think they are very much a part of that community.
Enough kvetching... time to try to update my Hilton Profile again just in case there's a glitch and don't catch that I've already done it twice...
