Many of my monthly bills, grocery and gas stations will let me use my visa to pay bills... an accumulate miles. My mortgage company, the biggest expense i have each month, will not allow me to use my visa to pay my mortgage. Are there services that provide "on-line bill paying" using your visa? If you are aware of some, please post a link.

I don't think there is a billpay service that's provided by any credit card company. The reason is if a merchant doesn't accept credit card that's probably because they don't want the 2-3% service charge from the credit card company. Without this service charge the credit card company earns from the merchant, they unlikely will issue you frequent flyer miles.

There are many online banks that has free bill pay service, but you don't any miles.
