Suspending of FF Accounts

I had recently purchased over over 500,000 Starwood points takind advantage of the Inside Flyer promotion for the very purpose of issuing tickets for personal use. I transferred these points to Qantas.

However Qantas recently suspended my account and hasnt told me why as of yet. They said some letter has been mailed out to me telling me what has happened.

I have only issued tickets to family members and I dont understand on what grounds they have suspended it.

Has anyone had such experience in regards to this and what is the procedure to contest this etc. Any help in regards to this matter would be much appreciated.

Regards
