Continental makes nice
Had to cancel an award trip to Hawaii last week because of my mother's unexpected surgery. Reading up on it, I anticipated a $35 re-deposit fee. I stated the situation in passing on the phone, and today's statement from them indicates they only charged $5.00. Nice touch!
