Have you perhaps had a quick change of heart? It surely seems that a reversal, of some kind, regarding this decision has seemingly taken place, no ?

Or perhaps you just meant to indicate that it applied only to this thread!

Or perhaps just on this one day!

Incidentally, did I ever specifically say that it was working for me?
No, I do not believe so. Yet, as you well know, while I do not initiate attacks, I've been know to respond to such on occassion!
Frankly, I did not intend to respond any further here, initially. Yet, in retrospect, it is perhaps best for all readers, if they should be intersted, to see a few of your past posts, in order to put the matter in perspective!

You, for whatever reason, perhaps by fiat, apparently deem that setting the "standards" for others, and also judging them, is your duty here on FT?
May I politely ask if you see yourself as also living up to them?

Yes, indeed, FewMiles!
Once again, seems this would apply only to others, not to you?
Considering the premium that some FT'ers, exemplified by you, appear to place upon the composers/compliers of a list(s), who do all the "work", rather than the seemingly "valueless" person(s) who would only identify a particular location(s) of such, please note that I'd undertaken the task of collecting some of the many other highly objective, constructive comments recently contributed by "FewMiles":

Once, again, FWIW, isn't how and why I use my time here, or anywhere for that matter, my business?
Again, while your interest in my welfare is very much appreciated, as you might imagine, until I see that I've nothing better to do than make smartass posts about others, I'm pretty confident that I'll be just fine - relatively speaking!
Whenever you are finally ready to "bury the hatchet", simply let me know - and it's done! My hatchet is buried!

Funny how you have not yet diagnosed me with some sort of psychiatric afflication as you are so apt to do to others. I feel left out.
Yes, you have made your point many times: you'll do as you d*mn well please, you don't give a **** (insert noun of your choice; please make it family-friendly) what others think.
By the way, I did look in a mirror and I just see myself smiling at the thought of how absurd this other person must be to spend his time replying to the likes of me if he is so self-assured in his ways. After all for you, criticism is just water rolling off the duck's back.
At least I have no doubts that the list of links you posted here is your own work. Good job!
Although... I'm sure you've posted it before, so why not just post a link to it? Oh don't answer that...
I love Fridays...

Again, does anyone notice that there seemingly are some folks that are always searching for a good "fight?"
Alas, in a perfect world, we would surely need not put up with reading each others posts and everyone would do just as you like! We would all be perfect, just as you are!
But, FWIW, in case you didn't know, this is a somewhat less than perfect "FlyerTalk!"
Incidentally, you may again wish to review the FT TOS as well!
Perhaps we can all simply skip the scathing posts regarding "posters" and instead stick with the proper topics of miles, points and travel, okay?
Have a great weekend all!

Actually, FWIW, I believe that an objective reread of the thread will clearly show that I truly do not wish to lead, nor do I even want to dance!

In fact, as I'd posted in an attendant TalkBoard thread earlier today:

Is there any doubt whatsoever where this thread began to sour?

I believe there are eight or nine of us who had done the dirty dance several times while it existed. We each have a certificate and souvenir Mexican hat to attest to our acumen with airline tarrifs, and ability to confound Immigration and Customs agents who couldn't understand why anyone would travel 5K out of their way, through three or four airports, all within 24-hours. Or those MX flight crews who after saying "adios" to us at CUN, only a few minutes later were saying "buenos dias" to us as we reboarded and settled into the very same J class seat we had just spent a few hours in. In all this, I believe only two MHD runners were actually pulled over for a secondary immigration interrogation.
Credit for discovering the MHD goes to Ken Haamer and Blonde Bomber, who found a way to fly transcon Canada in the front cabin on a fully flexible ticket, for slightly more than an H-class restricted economy fare ticket: C$1200, or $US800. Base mileage accumulation was about 12K, but many of us completed our trips when AC had a status mile bonus going, yielding another 4K [about a third of the travel mileage was not eligible for the bonus as it was on MX not AC].
I think this winter we should have a Mexican reunion for all MHD runners in either Cancun, Puerto Villarta, or Mexico City itself.

If you want to experience good customer service from an airline forget Air Canada and try CanJet or WestJet
