Miles and More does in Europe: https://www.lufthansa.com/online/myp...d=1980610&l=en

ETA: realised you wrote redemption, not earning, so in fact LH is no use. Sorry!

This would be best pursued in our MilesBuzz forum and I'll move it there for further help. Ocn Vw 1K, Moderator, TravelBuzz.

I see it on the CO Magazines list today. And I need to renew! Great way to use orphan miles (small balances in various programs).

I was looking for something to do with a few onepass miles, but unfortunately it is only available in the US, not Canada.

Midwest Airlines has it as well, albeit at a higher mileage redemption (3900 miles).

Redemption offers that I know of:

Redeemed Miles for Economist

Or, just visit the master thread (don't be confused by the thread title )

25 issues of The Economist for 2,000 DL miles: is it a deal? (Offers were as current as in September 2007)

I got a snail mail from United for magazine redemption. One of the option listed is "The Economist" for 3200 (or 3300) miles, 51 issues.
Unfortunately, I didn't see any mention of a website.

How were you supposed to proceed if you did want to order? Were there many appealing choices besides "The Economist," or mostly drek?

IIRC, when I looked sometime back at subscriptions available through UA on the .bomb, I saw only my local paper and the WSJ. The 13-week WSJ offer was a good one, so I gave up 1200 UA for it, and it has proved still a better one since the paper is still coming daily more than 13 weeks later. (What is the longest anyone has continued to receive the WSJ after their subscription should have expired?)
