What is UA's First USA credit card promotion?

I was reading through some thread a few days on the promotion First USA was offering for their UA card. It was basically 20K for signing on and making a purchase on that card. I seem to have misplaced the information. Does anyone still have information on that offer? I think it expires sometime in Sept.

thanks much.
