Should not be a problem.
You cannot open multiple referer links of course, like one from FW and one from AA shopping......I tried it and it most certainly did not work for both.
You get miles for CC usage, how you use it is your business.
There even used to be a few loopholes where you could buy a gift certificate and earn miles, then use that gift certificate to buy another one earning even more miles. I think most of those are dead now, but an interesting concept.
Now a triple-dip would be interesting, but I can't figure it out. Possibly a travel site that you could get a referer link to....
