AMEX / AAdvantage HELP!!!
Can anyone help me with ideas for transferring MR points from AMEX to an AAdvantage account??
Since AA ended their partnership with USAir, I cannot find an easy way to do this. The AMEX and AA support people told me that it is possible to transfer MR points through a mutual partner, but both of the hotel partners (Marriott and Starwood) cut points 3:1 when transferring to AA. I understand that El Al is a transfer possibility -- anyone have experience with this??
I have an aadvantage reservation waiting on my points, but I did not realize how difficult this would be.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!!
