Seat Availability

I am looking at redeeming my FF points for a RTW trip using a number of airlines. Is there a way of finding out the number of seats available for FF users on the relevant airlines?. Thanks.

Answering "the meaning of life" can be easier. Actually some airlines have easy-to-tell inventory (from published booking codes) and others have non-published inventory. Some have inventory codes that are different when redeeming from a partner. Your question will be best answered with some more details about what airline your miles are coming from and what airlines you are going to fly.

Thanks for that Eastbay. I must stop dreaming. I am a Qantas FF member and plan on using my miles on Qantas, AA and Lan Chile. I probably can contact Qantas to obtain seat availability on my itinerary but I just wanted to be prepared with alternative flights if the main ones I wanted were booked out. Once again, thanks.
