This is not a special 'promotion'. Goldpoints has a lot of vendors who give you points if you shop thru the goldpoints portal. ValueMags just happens to have a great offer right now.

Hi,
I already posted this in the Radisson thread but there are discount codes available for Valuemags. I used a 10% off code and got goldpoints based on my purchase before the discount was applied. I have since found out about 2 15% off codes, don't know yet if they still work:
10%off exp 12/25 GIFTMAGS
15% off exp ? BIZRATES15
15% off exp ? EBATESGIFT
Happy shopping!
Suzy

I just bought $1000 worth of magazines and the points have been posting in my Gold Points account FOUR days after purchase!!
That's fast!
This is a hell of a lot easier that the whole Nutrigrain thing. No trips to Costco. No cutting coupons out. No trips to the Post Office.
This is the best deal ever!

Question:
Has anyone gotten their points in their account who used the EBATESGIFT promo code?
Was the amount of points based on the before or after discount price?
I'm about to buy a couple of thousand $$ more of magazines.
I bought my first magazine using this promo code and it hasn't posted yet. I didn't use it on the others and they have posted.
Things that make you go HMMMMM.

fireflyreaction and other Canadian residents,
I've been browsing the selection of Valuemags and saw a magazine called "L'ACTUALITE ". Yahoo search revealed it to be a Canadian-Quebec magazine. Is it pretty good? I'd like to brush up on my French (if I have time to break away from all the other magazines I've ordered).

This really is an outstanding promotion, and it appears that this is *actually* a valuable service.
If I'm reading the FAQ right, valuemags will handle change of address requests as well.
I'm using this to "top up" my US account which I will then wipe out on a couple tix to somewhere warm.
