In order to get the 25k domestic ticket, you need to call to check availabilty. If the price is $390, I believe you have no trouble getting it with 25k points.
Thank You program may not be such a great deal. I have been earning Thank You points for last three years through Citibank Rewards card, reaching
~ 39,000 points. Just to check out how much travel I could get for it, I put in domestic travel in May, 2007. It quoted me > 39,000 points, just shy of my total points. I had expected 25,000 points. So I am doing something better to stretch my points - buying gift cards instead, with points.

Say for example I want to fly DL between X and Z. DL has a fare for $320 for my dates. But NW has a fare of $280 for my dates. DL will not be available for 25K points - only NW.
But on another set of dates, the cheapest ticket is DL at $920. It will be available for 25K points, because it is the cheapest.
Thank You Network deserves credit/praise for offering at least one option for most any city pair and set of dates...even if the cheapest is very expensive.
For those who find their TYP not so great, I will trade very richly for them in coupon connection.
