Companion Fare Upgrade
I was told that I can not get upgraded with a companion fare. I am traveling GRR to JAX with my family. I purchased both my spouse and I tickets (the kids are WP) and when the 5 day window came up yesterday - no upgrade. I called and they told me that companion fares can not be upgraded. Is this correct?
