Turkish Airlines - FF information?

Turkish Airlines - FF information?
Hi there,
My dad has started to fly monthly from LHR to Ankara in Turkey. He tried Turkish Airlines with some trepidation but came back from his first trip on them saying how much better they were than his regular carrier, BA.
I'd pursuaded him to join the Turkish Airlines Freq. flyer program before his first flight and it looks as if he's going to slowly amass quite a few miles with them.
The only problem is that he can't find any English language information as to the benefits he might get from this program. Can any of you out there help?
