1000 miles for taking a survey
I received an email from SRS World International Hotels to take a survey and receive 1000 miles in your choice of ANA Mileage Club, Lufthansa Miles & More, Thai Orchid Plus, United Airlines Mileage Plus or Varig Smiles.

Went to the link and it didn't mention any miles.
I completed the survey, and at the end it said:
The only identifying info that it sought was an email address... no choice of programs for miles, no frequent flyer numbers...
Any bets on whether I get something for the survey?
