Went to the link and it didn't mention any miles.

I completed the survey, and at the end it said:

Enter your email address here to participate in the Frequent Flyer Programme draw. 20 participants will be picked at random.

The only identifying info that it sought was an email address... no choice of programs for miles, no frequent flyer numbers...

Any bets on whether I get something for the survey?
