i need help getting miles posted
I have been trying for the last 2 months to get 5000 on line booking bonus miles from grupo taca as well as ejecutiva clase bonuses credited to my distancia account with no avail.I have written to them numerous times with complete backup documentation, and have never heard back from them.Any ideas as to what i should do at this point ??????? Thanx for any and all help.

Welcome to FlyerTalk nydave. Have you considered visiting one of their City Ticket Offices? It appears from Grupo Taca's web site that the City Ticket Offices have the ability and authority to resolve various Frequent Flyer issues such as posting miles.

I have been to the city ticket office many times (i fly them once a motnh on a business class ticket)and they are a clueless bunch!!I have dropped off my backup documentation on other occasions when i havent received proper mileage credit from distancia, and all they do is forward the paperwork to miami.Thanx for the sugggestion anyway
