Phone contact
Do most airlines have FFP contact center telephone number different from Reservation Center ?
If they have the same number ( one number ) at contact center, will agents be able to serve all my account's problem ? Why don't they use different numbers to manage only FFP or Reservation matters apart from each other. What is your opinion ?

Some airlines do not have a toll-free number for their FFP. I know that the CO res number is 1-800-xxx-xxxx, but the OnePass contact number is a local number in Houston! (Toll call if you don't live there.)
