Every airline's FFP does have a separate phone number. The number can be found on your FF card or on the airlines web site.
Some airlines do not have a toll-free number for their FFP. I know that the CO res number is 1-800-xxx-xxxx, but the OnePass contact number is a local number in Houston! (Toll call if you don't live there.)
