Interesting offer from Hertz ...
I received a post card in the mail today for triple #1 Awards points or triple miles on Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Midwest Express, Southwest, United, or USAirways for rentals between January 10 and April 15 ... No flight required (PC#900303)
The interesting part is it's only valid in three cities ... Detroit, Memphis, and Minneapolis ...
Then I relaized what those three cities had in common ... They're NW's hubs ... and NW isn't even one of the airlines you can get triple miles on!
Is Hertz having trouble in these cities because they are not a partner with NW maybe? What's the deal?
