Now That's Customer Service!
There has been a lot of discussion recently about airline lurkers and unofficial airline employee postings. And there are several companies that have employees posting in their official capacities. I just wanted to point out another - - wp, a Northwest WorldPerks marketing department employee who has been invaluable to many posters on the NW 10,000-mile Fly Free Faster promotion. NW oftentimes gets a bad rap. However, wp has gone above and beyond the call of duty, quickly answering many questions about the promo. They'd be foolish NOT to read these....these forums provide FREE access to any focus group they would ever want...their frequent fliers.
I like various car forums and would only hope that dealers are reading those to see how car buyers/owners talk amongst themselves.

I admit that I have contributed my fair share of criticising NW.
But as much as my criticism is deserved for that side of NW that deserves it, it is undeserved of the better side of NW that truly doesn't.
We truly are weighed down by the lowest common denominator.

Lest we not forget, at least the ones who remember back that far, the original NW Lurker... MJW who still is a reader of these boards even after moving on to a different position. Thanks MJW for paving the way... you are always remembered and never forgotten....
