How to track your program points?
I heard there are some sites where you can track all your airline and hotel program points in one place. Any suggestions on what sites are out there, or which ones are best? Also are there any security issues with keeping this stuff on the web.
Personally - tracking all the programs I am in is a lot a paperwork. How do you guys do it?

I track all of my miles in Quicken. Free product (well, I bought it for my finances). It doesn't have all of the features of some of the other products, but it works great for my needs.

I just posted on another thread about this: http://www.concoursez.com/ . It is still in beta form and somewhat limited in the programs it covers, but it is free.

http://www.OnMoney.com is free and allows you to enter all the major airline ff programs and hotel programs. They update daily and you can log on and check all your balances relatively quickly online.

on my personal excel sheet (on my Mac and synchronized daily with my Palm III) I note:
horizontal:[*]Date (of planned/realized activity)[*]Activity details (flight details or hotel or rental car or 'whatever'), [*]promotion code[*]link to the saved confirmation for some promotions[*]real/basic miles[*]UA miles Rudi[*]UA status miles Rudi[*]LH miles Rudi[*]LH status miles Rudi[*]Qualiflyer miles Rudi[*]Qualiflyer status miles Rudi[*]UA miles Gisela[*]UA status miles Gisela[*]LH miles Gisela[*]LH status miles Gisela[*]Qualiflyer miles Gisela[*]Qualiflyer status miles Gisela
vertical: in add to the individual stays listed chronological it starts with the lates summaries of:[*]Diners points total[*]Marriott points (and stays of the current calendar year) (whenever I reach another 30'000 points I transfer them into UA miles)[*]HHonors points (never cashed any points in yet)[*]Starwood points (from time to time I transfer them into Qualiflyer points)[*]Joker program points (= points program of Swiss Telecom), can be transferred into Qualiflyer miles[*]Key points (Union Bank of Switzerland points program)

I signed up for Amex RewardsManager. I already use the site for other Amex services, so it'll be convenient to use this, too. Also - I noticed that RewardsManager has the rental car companies that MilesDirect doesn't have. Kinda nice to be able to track those, too...
