Great, now in addition to multiple aliases that some posters have on FT, journalists and others are using aliases (as far as I'm concerned, anyone who doesn't tell you s/he is soliciting responses on FT or any bulletin board for the purposes of writing a story/book/haiku/whatever is illegit) to serve their own purposes. I find this troubling

I truly hope that the USA Today contacted the posters in question before printing their comments. If they had contacted them, they probably would have used their real names, so therefore I doubt that they contacted them. It is possible that they contacted them and chose to use the handles instead of real names to make it fit into the whole BB image.
If they weren't contacted, shame on USA Today!

I was contacted myself. First Chris asked if he could use my comments. I said sure.Later he asked about my name. I didn't check my mail till late last night, at which my time reply, I'm sure was to late for the press. Oh well, there goes my 15 minutes of fame...

Hyatt certainly does have a lurker. I have personally communicated with GoldPassport who was very helpful. Why would Hyatt deny it??? All the lurkers got positive feedback. I know we all love Hilton's Adam Burke - he surely went to bat for me.
