Which full service, major ailines offer one way awards for flights within the US?

I believe Southwest offers some type of one-way, but as for the majors, they do not.

What about using US carrier miles...
...on BMI for one way international awards.
As an example, if I fly one-way on BMI metal, can I use half the normal required miles for UA or US, or is it completely governed by those carriers' miles programs, rather than BMI?

KLM offers one way awards in USA on NWA for 1/2 the RT award rate. But you need a non-US address to accumulate miles on KLM.
