Dear fellow FTers,
I have a few c.c. offers for 12-15 months 0% interest for purchases and wonder if there's anything I can do to maximize miles by buying stuff and then cash in a short or mid term. I think govt bonds online was long gone and Charter One is gone too.
Any brilliant ideas?
Thanks much,

I can't think of any way a 0% on purchases card will help you to get miles/points. But 0% on balance transfers may be useful in many different ways. You can basically borrow money interest free and use it in some way to earn miles- i.e. open an Ameritrade account or a checking account that earns miles.
