snack service in between meals
One of my most favorite thinsg to do between meals is snack on junk food.
Do they flight attendents bring around or do you have to go the galley?
What do they usually have on the snack trays. I feel sort of wierd going to galley b/c then the flight attendants are there and watching you.
What do like SQ, BA, LH, AA, UA, AF, SR, and Iberia have??

Since you like JUNK FOODS, you would love the Cathey Pacific Business Class lounge in FRA. CO uses this lounge for their one flight a day.
It is full of empty calories, that will deplete your body of any healthy vitamins, that help keep you alive. BBQ potato chips, booze, etc.
I couldn't find anything to have for breakfast at 10:30 AM. Not a muffin, yogurt, etc.
The Cathey Pacific First Class lounge is adjacent. The Desk Host carefully directs you to the right to the BC lounge.

I assume you mean for inter-continental premium cabin service.
BA has a "raid the larder" feature for Club World but the cabin crew don't really let you know it's there the two times I've flown that. I've heard it's packaged cheese and crackers/biscuits and fruit, and maybe sandwiches. Never heard if it is available on Qantas or AA. If so, I've never seen it offered.
US has a mid flight snack of ice cream (Hagen-Daz IIRC) coming back from Europe that is distributed.
CP has snacks placed somewhere in the cabin which is usually fruit and various packaged snacks for trips not to or from Asia. The flights to/from Asia have snacks with the Asian market in mind such as noodles (gett he crew to add hot water), sea weed (yum!), etc.
CX does (or did in 1984) have a small snack for economy passengers but only if you ask.

UA will usually have a basket of chips, candy bars, dried fruit bags, and perhaps some fresh fruit, too. Also, on the longer pacific flights have a crappy sandwich service.

DL almost always has a bunch of snack foods set out near the front left door of all long haul flights. Depending on the route, it includes some or all of the following: Chips, Candy Bars, Chocolates, Fruit, Sandwiches and other goodies.
JAL has a variety of crackers and instant ramen in various flavours.

In Envoy, US had a table with fruit (I realize that's too healthy, just mentioning it for sake of completeness), chips, pretzels, different kinds of booze, etc.

UA's long hauls have a "mid flight snack" service about halfway through the flight. In coach it is something along the lines of instant ramen and a cookie; in business and first it is the same ramen or a warm sandwich, along with a cart you can raid. On the cart are leftover Godiva chocolates from the meal service, M&Ms, dried fruit, fruit, and other regional snacks depending on where you're going/coming from.
I might add that the taste and consistency of both the ramen and the sandwich make it perfect for consumption in a complete stupor and when you just don't have any other choices. I have been known to bring my own ramen on occasion.
