HOORAY!!!

I checked with LatinPass today and my bonus miles have posted!!!

(Unfortunately my travel companion's miles have not. All of the requirements have posted to his account, however, and LatinPass said that the bonus miles should be credited by Wednesday. Hopefully that's true.)

FWIW, I plan to use most of my miles on the LatinPass member airlines. I'll let you know how difficult it is to get award seats; I plan to book a vacation to South America sometime soon.

Congratulations FD! We will look forward to your feedback regarding award seat availability. One request though-- would you mind starting a new thread about this. Thanks!

Is FD the first one to have the bonus post?
I'm glad it's happened.
LP has posted everything except 3 flights for me, they have also told me that they have received all of my documentation, let's see how long it takes it post.

Congrats FD. You definitely deserve it, especially for helping the rest of us so much through the process.

Just a note to the rest, I sent in copies of my US flights, and they have stated that they are in process. I'll let you know if they credit without having sent the originals. This would be great!

I just got back from my run 9 days ago and 7 out of 10 of the flights have credited already. I'm actually quite impressed so far with LP. They stated today that the million will post 1-2 weeks after all segments, etc. are posted.

All but 3 of my L.P. flights have posted as well [taca (mga-mia, gua-sal), and copa gua-mga, finished on april 28]. National had a problem, but they said it was fixed yesterday. I'll take care of the remaining hotel and car req's on a trip to Texas for some fishing and double miles for life on Legend (leave tomorrow) hopefully, I'll have that bonus by july! Congrats to all who have finished their trips!

A side note: I asked LatinPass about transferring miles to Distancia and they said that it takes 2 to 10 working days and that the miles are sent on Mondays. So if you're planning to move some of your miles to a member program, this should give you a rough idea of how long it's supposed to take.

Even though I just spoke with Doris, a CSR at US Dividend Miles, I thought I'd also ask if others got similiar information re: a class of service question. My US flights are on Metrojet in "V" for the LP promo. Doris tells me that they qualify for FF miles with US Dividend Miles. Have others also been told the same thing?
