How about no blackouts for full-fare miles?

I know that most airlines waive blackout dates and capacity controls for top level elite flyers redeeming awards. However, do any airlines do the same for those miles earned on full-fare Y, C of F tickets? Seems like a good way to reward the high fare paying passengers the airlines are all after these days.

Most programs also have two tiers of award tickets- restricted and unrestricted, usually for double the amount. If programs can track "actual flight miles" they also should be able to track "full-fare miles" which could be tracked as well.
