It's not just you; none for me either.

I've gotten a couple in the new year ...
I would guess most .com companies spent their advertising dollars before Christmas ... I was getting tons of mails then ...

Thanks for the posts by everyone, as I thought it was only me. I think Beckles is right about Christmas advertising and corporate budgets. Freeride.com has not been as generous with their points for visiting websites either lately.

MyPoints is a joke! (Yes, I'll take another opportunity to bash them). My account continues to say "disabled" everytime I access it, although things seem to work if I refresh my member key everytime. This has been going on since July and 3 e-mails have gotten no where. I called last month and they said they would look into it (again). No change yet.
Have not received any e-mails in months even by checking everything in my profile.
They still owe me 600 points. I was told that they were posting 100 points for one offer I responded to, but that was two weeks ago and nothing yet. The other 500 have been outstanding since early November. E-mails are useless.
Bottom line is they get no further business from me until the problems are fixed. These guys have taken customer service to a new low! Ah, that feels better!

Thanks to all! I've got to be more "detective-like" an hunt these points down, looks they're still out there.
Hopefully they can be more proactive with the site and the problems that are occuring.

I have had many problems with mypoints also. When I signed up in October I kept careful records of the sites I visited. I was making some purchases and after a month I figured my account at over 10,000 points, but less than 5,000 were in my account. I sent many e-mails and copies of my purchase orders. Over the course of December I received about 5,000 points. I gave up trying to correlate their points with 'mypoints' total because they were so poorly labeled in my account balance. I think I finally did get most of them. I made my first purchase in two months this past week. I will see if they are getting any better.
