I did the same and the 125 points posted to my Marriott account immediately this morning. It usually takes about a day for it to be listed in the activity history, but the points are already there.

Ok. I think I've done it.

I set up the Instagram account. Then I clicked through to the marriott page and was prompted to enter my e-mail address, then I clicked on "Follow Marriott on Instagram" and a tick appeared. I then did the same for "Follow Delta".

Do I need to do anything else?

Sorry for the questions, but I am rather "challenged" when it comes to social media.

EDIT: 500 points have just appeared, within 2 minutes.

One of the reasons I love the peple following this thread. Everyone here is nice and helpful to those of us who are not social media savvy.
I know I can personally thank them for helping increase my MR point balance.

So MarriottRewards tweeted out d_livingstone just over a couple hours ago. Are we being tested? I retweeted but no points. Hubby retweeted with dr Livingstone I presume no points. Interesting.
