After four days of badgering CS and DM 3 x different agents I have finally had my missing 1k points credited tonight, if they don't credit your points don't give Up!
Think I will leave this Sundays NFL promo until I see people getting confirmation tweets...

I had the same issue of replying too early. Later in the day since I hadn't gotten it yet I replied again and eventually got the points the same day.

I did the same thing, only I replied 2 or 3 times more I got my reply.
