Where are Mypoints!

Hallo Ladies,

Marvella wants to Know where are "Mypoints"?
All this pointing and clicking is cutting into my career.
What about the 200pts for the CD that Kitty Meow bought, and the 340pts for some digital something we signed up for, and the whopper of 1000pts for something I had to fax my bank info off for.......

The only account filling up, is my email inbox and that is full of Junk!

Marvella asks where the "Marvell" are my points!!

Based on all the feedback I have seen at this forum over the past 2 years, I decided never to make a purchase for the generation of points with MyPoints. I have earned over 30,000 points in the MyPoints program with the only cost to me being the time it took to point and click and fill out info, etc.

I also learned to only redeem points for electronic tranfer awards such as Hilton HHonor points as there is nothing to be mailed and the reward appears in a day or two.

Marvella, hold on to your mailbox - do not delete anything. Send copies of your email receipts to MyPoints - they will credit your account (eventually).

Over the past weeks I received a whole bunch of e-mail offers from MyPoints however only 10% of all those offers really got me my points.
I'm really disappointed witht he performance from MyPoints and I think that every one shouls send an e-mail to MyPoints complaining about the unreliable awarding of points. I have already done that and I received an e-mail promising better plus 100 points for the inconvenience!
I guess a single e-mail serves 2 purposes; get your message accross and get rewarded for your negative feedback.

Works for me.

I must be on their blacklist, because mypoints rarely even gives me the courtesy of a response to my emails. And when they do, it is a silly canned form response that has nothing to do with what I am asking for (points, points, give me the points you owe me - ugh!)

I'm one of the unfortunate ones with the account disabled problem. Can get points but can't redeem. Multiple e-mails over the past few months have not yielded a solution. I'm always told they will get back to me. It's been 2 weeks since they responded to my last complaint and still nothing. I've also sent a request for 600 points they owe me - no response yet.

I'm doing all of my on-line holiday shopping elsewhere. I don't trust MyPoints to ever let me redeem my points and thus won't buy through their website. It could be a great program, but the customer service sucks and its not worth my time for 10 points here and 20 there.
