I'm one of the unfortunate ones with the account disabled problem. Can get points but can't redeem. Multiple e-mails over the past few months have not yielded a solution. I'm always told they will get back to me. It's been 2 weeks since they responded to my last complaint and still nothing. I've also sent a request for 600 points they owe me - no response yet.
I'm doing all of my on-line holiday shopping elsewhere. I don't trust MyPoints to ever let me redeem my points and thus won't buy through their website. It could be a great program, but the customer service sucks and its not worth my time for 10 points here and 20 there.
