easy 50 Airmiles (Canada)

i found this on rewards canada

http://blog.rewardscanada.ca/2015/01...executive.html

if you install the Airmiles browser extension, you get 50 airmiles. i have a few browsers and installed this on one that i don't use and when i do, i clear browsing history, cookies, etc. i'll uninstall it as soon as the miles post. i wouldn't install it on the browser i use for everything though as it undoubtedly tracks your every move.

Not the first time AM's has had such an offer.

I like my AM's but will also give this one a pass.

I did this a while back and it took a really long time for the miles to post but they eventually did. The offer was also for 50 miles.

Just install the toolbar, browse around to amazon and expedia to make sure it was properly installed and then disable it. Pretty simple.

I FINALLY got the 50 miles after multiple emails and a chat. I really detest having to chase after miles or points like this. if those loyalty companies only had a clue as to the animosity it creates towards them.

Yeah a lot of the time I see offers for 10 airmiles here and there and I sign up because the offers usually take 10 seconds and I like to use the miles for a hotel booking every now and then.

However, there is very little accountability of whether or not they will post. Most times there is a little footnote saying that the bonus can take up to 6 MONTHS - which, unless you keep receipt, is hard to track or remember - unless you are putting it on a spreadsheet or something like that - which is way too much effort for lousy Air Miles which are almost worthless.

BenSenise - how did you end up proving that you actually installed the toolbar?
