Thats too bad!!
I was able to logon and check my balance just now.
did you violate their agreement by mistake (like opening multiple accounts or something?) I've seen postings here which suggested that(multiple emails) and bookmarking actual offer links as reasons for disabling of accounts.
email them or call them

I continue to have this problem and have not violated any of their rules, as has been suggested here. Two e-mails to MyPoints came back with the repsonse that they were looking into the problem and would get back to me. Never heard a thing. Refreshing your member key corrects the problem, but you have to do this everytime you go to the site or you won't accumulate points. MyPoints has been a big disappointment with terrible service, as far as I'm concerned.

My account has been disabled for almost 3 months now. It looks like I can still earn points by clicking, but I don't get any BonusMail, and I think I can't redeem any points. Every time I write to them, I get back some sort of form letter that says they'll get back to me "shortly". Looks like this is what you all can expect.

Add me to the list of those with the account disabled notice. I have also stopped receiving their e-mails. I see in another thread they are forming an informal focus group for recommendations. I hope they read some of these threads

Had this happen to me also. Try taking the member survey under earning points (the same one you answered when you first signed up) to update your account info. Chances are you will be allowed to do this and also receive 125 points. There seems to have been a problem last weekend which wiped out a lot of info, and by doing this you will reactivate your account and bring it up to date. Since I've done this I have not had any problems logging on. good luck.

They have disabled my account as well with 17000 points in the learch. I can still check by going in through refresh member key but they will not allow me to redeem. I call yesterday and I was told that my activity was against policy because I followed links other than those sent to me and that I can not appeal. I orginally thought it was done as part of the consildation of my muypoints and bonusmail account. They said some one will look into and get back to me. I am very upset. ANy one have any advice. How many others have been impacted?
