Just received my Amex SPG through the 20K offer and noticed yesterday its now at 10K.
I can't find the old offer and don't remember what I need to spend to get the welcome starpoints. Is it first purchase or $500.00? |

Nice. I hope AMEX has a promo too - although I'm not optimistic.

Do you mean you only need 11250 avios each to go to the Burning Man or that you were short 3750 miles x 2?

I tend to prepare for the worst case scenarios in these situations. If a promo comes along that's great, but I'm just feeling that there is a significant chance the promotion is not returning. And I'm preparing for that.

On the bright side if nobody's received the 15k for Auth User, we're all in the same boat and Chase is just dragging their heels
Added AU end of Nov, first transaction done by early Dec... and 4 months of waiting later I can finally stop calling Chase. |
