Survey: Hotel Loyalty Programs
Good afternoon FT members,
My name is Peter and I am a 4th year student in Hospitality and Tourism program at Ryerson University located in Toronto, Canada.
As for the part of our research study, my team and I are conducting a survey on effectiveness of hotel loyalty programs. It is completely voluntary and private and there will be no obligations what so ever.
It is 17 questions in total that will take less than 10 minutes of your time so it would be great if you guys can spare a moment to participate in the survey. Those who are not a member of loyalty program can also participate so please do so!

Many thanks,

I took this,,,really takes only a few minutes to do.. but I'm wondering if results on this website are skewed....since most people here are points/miles focused.

The research is to measure if the loyalty program would actually help in customers to stick to a certain hotel brand (even if the reason may be because they offer better accural rate or so) . Therefore, it is important that we do get much of responses from any possible source. We are also conducting a manual one-on-one survey so it should not be much of a problem.
Thanks to all FT members for participation, and please encourage anyone who might be interested!
