I'd be careful. They may bill you if they continue to allow your account access. That may lead them to "turn you over to collections." Obviously they don't have your SSN, but there's a real PITA factor to consider here if you start getting calls...

I don't think I gave them my phone number but still a good point, since they have my address. Thanks

I only saw 1,300 pts on the WN portal this morning. I bought in.

You can pay with any card once you go through the portal. Of course, you'll miss out on the 1 pt for the $1 spent on your SW card.

1K skypesos from Delta.

The order page says "your credit card or PayPal account will be charged in advance of each billing period unless canceled." (bolding mine)

Does anyone know how far in advance they bill?

Not very far in advance, and in reality probably on the first day of that billing cycle.

Good strategy. But I only got UA and US, but did not find the AA link. Help!

Go to the shopping portal and type in The New York Times in the search box

Thanks OP!
my question is whether NYTimes or MPMall might do a clawback if they do a system check of cancellation, and pull the miles back... anyone cancel and safely beyond the 120+ day mark?

Also, it appears to me accounts can be cancelled online...

Directly link "https://myaccount.nytimes.com/mem/cancel.html?id=######" -- where ##### is your subscription account number

I'm just curious if this is going to be another Cartera cluster duck.

But thanks OP. I am going to throw my hat in the ring with one each for UA, US and AA
