Anyone who shops regularly via the airline shopping malls is aware that even if the miles post, they are deducted when you return an item. Usually. With that said, I was willing to gamble $.99 for 1500 AA miles. No abuse on my part, I simply gave it a try--once.
Edit/Add: Not seeing a charge for $.99 in my account.

Did you see the NY Times -AA deal with any AA miles offering? I found the NY Times on AA mall but didn't want to sign on as there was no mention of 1500miles, only said .99c for 4months and 4miles for every $1 spent? Maybe I typed in the wrong words and got a different deal?

Hello,
New to flyertalk. Did anyone who used UA have the transaction show up in "recent transactions." Also, miscellaneous question but I am short less than 100 miles for the 12,500 one-way. What is the easiest/cheapest way to fulfill those miles?! Thanks!

still waiting on my UA to post. I'd just buy 1000 points to get it as quick as possible (absent UR points to transfer).
