any programs matching ey gold ?

I am waiting for my TK Elite/*G card too. They messed up my address, so I may not get it for a while... I printed out a copy of the statement showing my Elite status and expiration date. I plan to use it on my next trip to get lounge access if the card does not come till then. Don't know if it will work. Will depend on the Lounge gatekeeper I guess. BTW, logging into the TK iPhone App also shows Elite/*G status. I feel the lounge keepers may trust the App over a printed statement.

TK's FF department is challenged.
Even with the correct address, it took 3 months for them to send my card.

It's been almost 5 months and still no card... this was despite a reassurance that it was mailed out almost 1 month ago.

Turkish Miles&Smiles sent me an email to confirm, but the card..no. Waiting since January 2014...

Also waiting for 8 months. A work colleague picked it up for me from IST airport.

I have had the same experience, even after posting several flights to Turkish Airlines - it is a joke! Where is my card? Even if I fly them to Istanbul, how can I be guaranteed I will receive my Gold benefits until I get the card? Am flying Thai in a few days - is a print out enough? What else can I do to prove *G and get lounge access?

I added TK *G number to my AKL-WLG-AKL booking and was not asked for card at all (though I think rules say you need to show the card if asked).

I guess you are out of luck if you want to credit to other programme and use TK card only to get the lounge.

You need to enter your TK Miles & Smiles number at the time of booking, or when checking in. It will then print on your BP and lounge access should be no problem.

My TK status match expires in June. Is there any airline that will match my TK Gold based only on a copy of the card? I didn't actually fly on TK, just used the card for lounge access when flying other Star Alliance carriers.

TK Gold Card
 

I never received my card via mail. I did have a layover in Istanbul and I went to the TK Desk in the middle of the airport by the gates and they printed it out for me on the spot.
