I had their Venture Card and the CS was great.
Still have a account but I am not getting any miles for the bank account maybe I need to change the type or cancel

I actually did find a PDF of the offer. However, the offer end date was extended until the end of June, and since the promo says that the $300 will be awarded 6-8 weeks after the promo ends, I'll wait until the end of Aug to approach them.

But I think I'll take your approach and just call them every so often to confirm it's on there and to see if it's possible to go ahead and give me the bonus.
