This has been around for a while:
https://www304.americanexpress.com/p...0/?newUI=false
https://www201.americanexpress.com/c...ingNewPage.jsp
Another one but with $1000 spending required within 3 months:
https://www143.americanexpress.com/a...andingCode=125
You can see if you have a better targeted offer at https://www.deltaamexcard.com/
The best ones that I am aware of are 50k+no first year fee for gold and 40k(15k EQM)+$100 credit for delta purchase for platinum.

Maybe it's me, but I really don't think it is worth to get 35k Skymiles. Given their value, Delta should come up with a card that is at least worth 100-150k miles.
Otherwise there is little incentive to get one given the competition me think...

10k UA/CO 700 mile or less redemptions = serious cash savers at times. I just booked $727 tickets for 20k round trip.
If you spend more then 12.5k on domestic one way redemptions with UA/CO/AA you are likely flying first class.
You can spend 12.5k on a one way redemption with UA/CO/AA! DL one way award redemptions do not exist at these levels!
DL is just incredibly good at making you work hard for your redemptions and then sucking the miles out of you all in one easy swoop for them. DL may have stronger partnerships in SE Asia, better international first class products, or better IFE, but unless you fly business out of a DL hub held captive then you won't be earning enough miles to get there with DL.
You will become more accustomed to paying 40-60k r/t domestic coach with Delta.
DTW-LGA can be 40-60k with Delta, meanwhile someone on UA/CO may spend 20k. How does this make you feel?

Great, but what are those miles worth?

Thanks for the first link! I applied and was approved.
Now I'm a newbie, so please take it easy on me, but I have 2 questions.
1) When I applied with this link I could have swore it said Zone 1 boarding priority. The papers that came with the card say, Zone 2. Just wondering for sure which it is.
2) There was no mention in any of the papers about the bonus miles, and now the link is no longer active. How will I know the terms and conditions and how would I have them upheald with AmEx if a problem were to arise?
Thanks in advance for any help!

I don't know the answer to either question, but, sometimes, the issuer doesn't either. That's why screenshots are vital.

All the cards are Zone 2, quite frankly. I know when the benefit first came out it was a higher zone but Delta quickly changed that within a couple weeks (but I think that was a first class boarding issue).
