WOW - applied the morning of 15 November - link was working, showing the free month - but my credit card charged $7.99.
Will be interesting to see if I get miles - though i doubt it now. Fun while it lasted

Was expecting two sets of miles to post this past Monday or Tuesday which didn't happen. In light of the promo stoppage, I don't expect to get them going forward. Now I just need to decide whether it's worth the effort to get a refund or Netflix or dispute with my CC company for $16...

I did a couple more credit cards Tuesday last week, and they just posted (either today or yesterday). I was afraid I wouldn't get them since they had pulled the promo, but they came through.
In total, I used seven different cards/emails to sign up, but all had the same MP account number. Four cards were Chase, but only three got 4,000 miles - one only got 2,000 miles (I think it was my British Airways card). My cards from BoA and AmEx only got 2,000 miles each.
