Regarding the free trial issue - I, like many other it seems, clicked through the 4,000 mile bonus link but when I got there was given a free trial offer. I filled in my information and MP number, and used my MP Explorer card. The card has not been charged (and I don't see any pending authorization, although the signup was a few days ago and I didn't look before now). When I log in, it says my free trial is good until late November.
I gather from previous posts that I will not receive the bonus for this unfortunately.
However, is my MP Explorer card now 'used up', or would it still be useful assuming different MP account number, email, etc?

Can you clarify that the 2nd 2000 miles posted 5 days later? Did you have to do anything to get the 2nd bonus?

I signed up for the United offer last week using a Chase Freedom card. Checked my United account today and only see 2000 miles posted. Do both bonuses post at the same time? Does this mean my Chase Freedom didn't work for the additional 2000 miles?
Can you clarify that the 2nd 2000 miles posted 5 days later? Did you have to do anything to get the 2nd bonus?

It is a Freedom Visa card. Not a Visa Signature card though and with a pretty low credit limit. Don't know if that makes a difference. Also this is one of my older cards probably from 2004-ish. It used to be a WaMU credit card before Chase bought Washington Mutual and product changed it to the Freedom.

I signed up early this month with MP Explore Mastercard and only got 2k miles. I called Netflix,United MP,Chase customer service about this, and still with nothing else. I have to cancel the service before Netflix to charge next month's fee.
